Adult Batilisk

“It has managed to scape death for longer than its peers”

The Adult Batilisk is essentially a bigger Batilisks. They come to the surface through unplugged Sinkholes at Dusk or spawn from Bat Caves. They have 130 health and can be kited in the same way as Batilisks.

When killed, they have a chance to drop a Batilisk Wing, and a Monster Morsel. They also have a rare chance of dropping Pig Skin.

Like other nocturnal creatures, above-ground Adult Batilisks will sleep if they can't reach their home (the sinkhole which spawned them) by morning. They deal very little damage to Walls, but they can fly over them, so walls are useless as barriers (unless they are first distracted by something else). Despite being able to fly, they cannot cross chasms.

A Batilisk that is not attacking anything will eat Meat left on the ground. If it comes across a stack, it will chew through the whole stack before moving on, ignoring other mobs or the player until then.
