The Air Conditioner is a support structure. It can be prototyped on an Alchemy Engine.
It has a 4 slots interface and each slot accepts mushroom-related items only. When Mushrooms are inserted, the player may hover their mouse over the Air Conditioner and press the Right Mouse Button if the "Touch" prompt appears. After touching the structure, it'll spread a cloud of spores, with the effect traits of the mushrooms inserted inside.

The effects can stack and be mixed with different mushrooms, so 2 Green Caps and 2 Blue Caps will provide +1

Air conditioning Air Conditioner: Air conditioner works as a reverse furnace, cooling in a small area and removing smog around it. (Disabled by default)
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Air Conditioner was introduced in the Goodies Galore update.
- This structure was originally added as a counter measure for Hay Fever. However, Hay Fever got removed in a later update. As a result, putting Red Caps into it will contribute no effects to spores clouds.
- In its first implementation it only required 1 Shroom Skin. That got changed during the Stalking Stuffers update to 2 Shroom Skin and requiring a Blueprint from Toadstool to be prototyped.
- Feast and Famine support was added in a later update.
- The Air Conditioner's appearance seems to be inspired by machines found in Oxygen not Included, another game from Klei Entertainment. Namely, it resembles a Deodorizer with some parts of a Oxygen Diffuser
