Devils Fruit Cake is a veggie food item cooked in the Crock Pot. It has a requirement of 1 Pomegranate and 2 Eggs. Meat cannot be used as filler for the last slot. It restores 60 HP, 62.5 Hunger, and -0.6 Sanity when consumed.
Devils Fruit Cake is one of Wortox's favorite foods and he will gain extra +15 Sanity (+7.5 Sanity because of Wortox's perk) from it as a result.

- Devils Fruit Cake was added in the Under The Weather Part 1 update.
- Devils Fruit Cake is a a play on the Devil's food cake, except instead of just chocolate, it's also made with Pomegranates due to them having some connection to the underworld, and therefore, with the Devil.
- All three of Devils Fruit Cake's stats involve the number 6 as one of the first number characters in them, referencing the Number of the beast.
