The Toadling is hostile mob spawned from Mushroom Sprouts During Acid Rain. They exist to defend their Mushroom Sprouts which cause Acid Rain.
Normally when the player is in range they will hop to them to try and bite the player. Sometimes they will jump and spawn 6 Exploding mushrooms in a ring around itself similar to Toadstool.
