“Fire?! Couldn't you just chew on some furniture or something, (Winky)?”

“What is yours is mine as well.”
–Winky
Winky is Uncompromising Mode's first new character, she was released as an April Fools joke on April 1st, 2022, along with her own update, Winky, The Vile Vermin Update. She is based on the Uncompromising Mode Rats.
"Winky was a normal average, and everyday rat... Until one day Charlie was kicked off her throne by a pair of mysterious figures, they began to change and experiment on the constant, and eventually found her to use as a lab rat. They changed her biology and altered her mind with Nightmare fuel, giving her sentience. They toyed and played with until they were bored, and threw her away like trash.... she wanders the Constant looking for a way at revenge against her tormenters."
This lore bit was obtained from her initial joke suggestion, so it is unclear if any of that is canon to the mod, although a few of her quotes do seem to reference it.
Winky has a passive +15% movement speed during day and dusk. During night or in the caves, she instead has +25% movement speed.
In exchange for some Hunger, Winky can create special Rat Burrows at anytime by pressing the RMB anywhere on the screen:
"Winky's Home Burrow" can be created in exchange for -20 . This burrow lasts forever, can only be destroyed with a shovel and it's only created if there aren't any other Home Burrows of the player created in the world.
"Winky's Burrow" can be created in exchange for -15 . This burrow lasts for 1 minute, can also be destroyed with a shovel and can be left clicked to spawn allied Rats in exchange for -20 . Only 3 Rats can be summoned, the burrow dissapears if the player tries to summon a fourth.
Both Burrows function the same as a Skull Chest, having 12 slots and sharing their inventory with any other burrows, including those from other Winky players. They are accessible to any survivor, but 2 burrows can't be opened at the same time. Burrows from the continent don't affect burrows from the caves, so there can be 2 "Winky's Home Burrow" from the same player, 1 for the continent and 1 for the caves.
Winky can befriend Rats with meat. While allied, Rats are incapable of being trapped, and won't lose their loyalty over time. Rats that aren't allied won't run from Winky, unlike other chartacters.
Winky suffers 25% less Sanity drain from Darkness and from being near insanity auras. Things that drain Sanity, like a Dark Sword or a Lazy Deserter, will drain Sanity normally.
Monster Foods and Raw Meats will not affect her negatively; however, she only negates the "natural" negative components of a food, like the -10 of Meat, if the food is spoiled she will get affected by the negative components of the spoilage.
Winky can eat any "Horrible" foods

Winky has a special interaction with her favorite food, Powder Cake. It gives her an additional +15 Health, Hunger and Sanity, she also receives an additional 15 Sanity overtime. The Health is recovered immediately, meaning that it ignores the Healing Over Time mechanic from Uncompromising Mode.
Winky's attacks have a permanent -25% damage modifier.
Winky is a Monster; Pigs and certain other Mobs will attack her on sight.
Due to her rat-like hoarder habits, Winky loses -5 per item that's dropped from her inventory. This includes getting disarmed and dropping a backpack from her inventory.
Since Winky can consistently spawn Rats, she can easily farm Rat Tails for her and her group. With those Rat Tails, Winky can mass produce Tail O' Twined Rats, a whip that mostly bypasses her damage downside with the cost of some Hunger.
When examining a Miner Hat she says "My eyes are fine in the dark! Well, they were...", which implies that at some point, she lost the night vision ability that most mobs in the constant have.
The 'Is weak, but fast' perk is a satire to workshop characters.
