Smog is a new weather occurrence during Summer. Large fires, most namely from burning Trees and structures, produce Smog in a roughly 2-3 tile radius. Smog may also travel in various directions via the wind, from ? variables. Players standing in Smog will quickly take damage and gain Max Health penalties at ? rate.

Smog can be blown away by the Luxury Fan. Wearing the Goose Mask or Plague Mask will prevent damage. Willow with the Hungry Lighter skill can use her Lighter to absorb the smog around her.
