you have to pay 1 yellow gem to get 160 * 0.2 = 32 Sanity , so 4 yellow 128 Sanity gems . is it worth it ?
CarlosBraw- I don't find the effect particularly useful or worth it, but it is a high durability gem if you wanna use it to keep your damage up (Each Gem slotted adds 5), unless you still need Yellow Gems for any other crafts.
