Fish Jerky is a product of drying raw Fish Meat on the Drying Rack or Jerky Hat for two game days. Fish Jerky has a low rate of spoilage of 20 days, and restores 25 Hunger, 20 Health, and 15 Sanity. Fish Jerky provides the same amount of Hunger, but more Health and Sanity than its raw or cooked counterparts. Fish Jerky can also be used in a Crock Pot as normal Fish Meat. Unharvested Fish Jerky will begin to spoil immediately upon creation on a Drying Rack, regardless of whether it is harvested or not.

Tips
- It is best to convert all Fish Meat into Fish Jerky, as Fish Meat in a Salt Box will last up to 12 days (6 Days on an Ice Box), whereas Fish Jerky on an Ice Box lasts for 20 Days.
- Due to the fact that Fish Jerky restores Health and Sanity overtime, this item can be useful for recovering stats while in Woodie's Wereform transformation. The same effect can be achieved with Small Fish Jerky, albeit, with weaker restorative properties than normal Fish Jerky.
