Salt Shaker 3000

The Salt Shaker 3000 is a chest slot item which requires 1 Gear, 2 Boards, 8 Salt Crystals and an Alchemy Engine to prototype. It is a barrel like machine with a metal tube at the top that ends in a bell shape. When equipped, a prompt for right clicking will appear on it. Using it will throw salt in the ground, affecting nearby Snow Piles. Upon activation, Snow piles will get removed, and piles of salt on the ground will make them unable to spawn in that too close to them. A pile of salt lasts for 20 days or until it rains, and will also stress out crops if around them.
The Salt Shaker 3000 is capable of creating 80 piles of salt before needing to refuel. Each time it's used, it enters in a 1 second cooldown to be used again. It won't break at 0% and Salt Crystals restore 12 uses of it.
Tips
- The Salt Shaker 3000 is able to keep large bases clean of Snow Piles throughout the whole Winter.
Trivia
- The Salt Shaker 3000 was added in the Goodies Galore update.
- In the update poster it's incorrectly named "Salt Pack" which is it's prefab name and not it's in-game name.
