The Rat Mask is a craftable Hat Item that requires 2 Rope, 3 Beard Hair and 1 Sewing Kit to craft and an Alchemy Engine to prototype.
While a player is wearing the Rat Mask, they'll be able to see items in their base that are affecting current Rat Score, helping the player to figure out what to get rid off in order to prevent Rat Raids from happening. It will also prevent the player from taking Max Health Penalty damage from Mobs like Rats and Spore Hounds while worn, similar to WX-78.
The Rat Mask can also be activated while equipped by pressing right click on its inventory icon on the character's head slot. Activating it will show you the general direction of any Rat Burrows in the world, except for the ones made by Winky.

- The Rat Mask was added in the Squeaky Clean update.
- Both Wanda's and Woodie's own quote imply that Woodie is the one who created and possibly came up with the idea of the Rat Mask.
