The Naught Lock is a chest slot equipable dropped by Klaus.

It causes attacks to swing twice in quick succession, essentially increasing attack speed, and applying the effects of the weapon used. The second swing dealing 50% less damage than the first and not draining any durability.

This item does not work while unarmed or with ranged weapons.

This item can be deconstructed using a Deconstruction staff for 4 Gold Nuggets, 6 Nightmare fuel.

Veteran's Curse

This item can only be equipped if you have Veteran's Curse active, which can be activated by touching the Melancholic Skull.

Tips

• Because it applies on-hit affects from the bonus attack, it's very good when using the Thulecite Club, Bat-Bat or Crab Claw.
• The Glass Cutter and Bug Zapper also benefit from the Naught Lock, with the extra damage dealt by them not being affected by the second hit's damage multiplier.
